Materials:
Toilet paper roll {empty}
Red Construction paper
2 googly eye balls
Glue or tape
Big leaves
Scissors
Directions:
1. Take a walk outside with your child and gather some big leaves {about five}.
2. Place toilet paper roll vertically
3. Glue on eyes {About 1/2" below the top}.
4. Cut two lines to make a V in the toilet paper roll, directly under the eyes. Push V up to form the beak. This V will make the beak.

I'm a Great Big Turkey {Tune: I'm a Little Tea Pot}.
{By Jean Warren *}
I'm a great big turkey,
'Cause I'm well fed.
Watch me spread my feather,
Watch me bob my head.
When I strut around
I waddle, waddle, waddle,
And when I talk,
I gobble, gobble, gobble.
I'm a great big turkey,
And I'd love to stay,
But thanksgiving's coming,
So it's time to run away!
