Read Aloud:

Fall Tree
          {By Briana}
There once was a tall tree
Who was as tall as tall could be
This tree had so many leaves
As many as the eye could see

But when fall came around
The leaves changed from green to brown
And as the fall breeze came passing by
All of the tall trees leaves came falling down
The tall tree gave a big sigh
And told all of the leaves good bye.

Congratulations: You and your child finished the lesson for the day! What did you thinkg about the lesson today, and what did your child learn?  We’d love to hear your thoughts!

*Stallone Tested and Approved: {We are so lucky to have Stallone, Annie’s son, test out all of our lessons that we create for you.  We want the lessons to be enjoyable for children, so after each lesson we will post how Stallone did with the lesson in italics under the title, Stallone Tested and Approved}:

Stallone loved the tree theme. He kept saying "tree" and "leaf" as we did the lesson.  He loved taping the leaves on the tree. We did not tape it to the wall, we just did the activity at the table.  After we were finished we reviewed all the words again, and hung his tree on his "art wall!" He has already gone to it twice today to talk about it! Fun Activity!!
